Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Washington State SLP License issued by the Department of Health
-
Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus
-
Ability to pass all background checks and district-specific clearances
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students
-
Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress
-
Maintain accurate records and progress reports
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and re-evaluations
-
Support students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language impairments
